You can sell anything you own. If you are selling a condo that has not closed you need to be very careful about the contract and if the developer will permit assignments.  

Some builders require you to pay an assignment fee while others will take your full deposits as mitigated damages.   Read your contract carefully or arrange an appointment so we can read it together.
